摘要
勘察设计企业的核心竞争力高度依赖于人,而从事建筑地下空间与岩土工程业务,则更需要以人的确定性来抵御项目的高风险性。文章总结了华建集团上海申元岩土工程有限公司(上海地下空间与工程设计研究院)近年来通过打造“地下尖兵”人才工程、锻造企业核心竞争力的探索与实践,并基于环境变化、着眼长远发展、坚持问题导向,提出今后升级“地下尖兵”人才工程的考量。
The core competitiveness of anexploration and design corporationis heavily dependent on talents,and being occupied in underground space and geotechnical engineering services of construction needs to offset high-risk levels of such projects with the certainty of human resources.In recent years,Shanghai Shenyuan Rocky&Civil Engineering Co.,Ltd.(ARCPLUS)(Shanghai Underground Space&Project Design Research Institute)has implemented the"Underground Spearhead Project"to boost its core competitiveness.In this study,we summarized its explorations and practice in this aspect.On this basis,it is considered that the"Underground Spearhead Project"may be upgraded in future on the premise of adapting to environmental changes,focusing on long-term development and adhering to the principle of being problem-oriented.
