Establishment of a Performance Evaluation System for Design Agencies Conducting EPC Projects

分析相关文献,总结出设计单位开展EPC业务的项目绩效初步指标,并形成指标系统和层次划分。通过调查问卷对影响因素指标进行赋值,采用层次分析法对项目绩效指标进行分析研究,最终确认了3个一级绩效指标和14个二级绩效指标,形成绩效评价体系。

By analyzing relevant literature,this paper summarized the preliminary indicators for project performance of design agencies carrying out EPC business,and formedan index system and hierarchical division.Through a questionnaire survey,values were assigned to indictors for influencing factors,and performance indicators of projects were then analyzed and studied with the analytic hierarchy process,to finally determine 3 primary performance indicators and 14 secondary performance indicators and form the performance evaluation system.
