基于北斗卫星定位导航技术的医疗装备动态管理系统的设计

摘要 目的 为解决医院现有的医疗装备管理系统功能单一、不能体现医疗装备位置和使用状态等信息,造成的许多医疗装备不能得到合理有效的使用的问题,实验设计基于北斗卫星定位导航技术的医疗装备动态管理系统。方法 采用北斗卫星定位系统,定位芯片采用的为重庆御芯微生产的GNSS定位模组(型号UCM108),无线射频识别(RFID)读写器采用重庆御芯微生产的一体机(型号UCM601N),单片机采用意法半导体公司设计的STM32F429系列高性能微处理器(型号STM32F429IIT6)。医疗装备动态管理系统服务器端软件设计开发环境应用Microsoft Visual Studio。医疗装备动态管理系统包括内置北斗芯片及RFID标签可发送信号北斗卫星及RFID读写器通过无线网络或互联网接收信号、计算机控制平台接收信息并实时显示,用于实现医疗装备位置信息及使用信息的实时动态管理。结果 医学装备动态管理系统是由资产管理、维修管理、计量管理、位置管理、效能分析等模块组成,可以实现医疗装备的新增、修改、报废、查询、保修、计量质控、效能分析、位置监控等功能。可实现医学装备动态信息管理与维修管理、计量质控和效能分析管理、医疗装备地图管理。结论 该系统可实现医疗装备及时调配调用,提高了医疗装备的使用效率。 Objective To design medical equipment dynamic management system based on Beidou satellite positioning and navigation technology,and solve the problem that the existing medical equipment management system has single function and can not provide information such as location and status of medical equipment which resulting in unreasonable and uneffective use of medical equipment.Methods The Beidou satellite positioning system was adopted,the positioning chip,GNSS positioning module(model UCM108)was used;the radio frequency identification(RFID)reader,integrated machine(model UCM601N),was used;and single-chip microcomputer,STM32F429 series high-performance microprocessor(model STM32F429IIT6)was adopted.Microsoft Visual Studio was applied as server-side software design and development environment of medical equipment dynamic management system.The medical equipment dynamic management system consisted of inlay Beidou chip and RFID tag.The Beidou satellite and RFID reader received signals by wireless network or Internet,and computer control platform received information and displayed in real time.The real-time dynamic management of medical equipment location information and usage information was realized.Results The medical equipment dynamic management system was composed of asset management,maintenance management,measurement management,location management,efficiency analysis and other modules.The functions of addition,modification,scrap,query,warranty,measurement quality control,efficiency analysis and location monitoring of medical equipment were realized.The dynamic information management and maintenance management of medical equipment,measurement quality control and efficiency analysis management,and medical equipment map management were realized.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the system could realize the timely deployment of medical equipment and improve the efficiency of medical equipment.
