藏医典籍《临床札记》治疗妇科疾病的用药规律研究

Study on the law of drug use in the treatment of gynecological diseases in the Tibetan medicine classic"clinical Notes"

目的挖掘藏医经典著作《临床札记》中治疗妇科病方剂的用药规律。方法收集、整理《临床札记》中记载的8种治疗妇科病的重要方剂进行频次统计、关联规则分析。结果《临床札记》中讲述的8种妇科病的重要药物中出现频次量最多的是诃子,共出现了6次;药物当中诃子、藏红花、肉豆蔻、紫草茸4味药对药物的关联最大。结论《临床札记》中的妇科药物组合主要为诃子、藏红花、肉豆蔻、紫草茸,也是关联最大的药物。表明藏医妇科药物主要利于热、寒2种性质的疾病。用热性药物和营养施治;与寒热药物交替施治。

Objective To explore the drug use rules of the prescription for treating gynecological diseases in the classic Tibetan medicine book Clinical Notes.Methods A total of 8 kinds of important prescriptions for the treatment of gynecological diseases recorded in"Clinical Notes"were collected and analyzed by frequency statistics and association rules.Results Among the 8 important drugs for gynecological diseases described in"Clinical Notes",Chebula appeared the most frequently(6 times).Among the drugs,Chebule,saffron,nutmeg and comfrey antler were the most related to drugs.Conclusion The main gynecological drug combinations in Clinical Notes are Chebule,saffron,nutmeg and comax antler,which are also the most related drugs.It shows that gynecological drugs of Tibetan medicine are important for diseases of heat and cold nature.Treat with heat-related drugs and nutrition;Drugs were administered alternately to treat cold and heat.
