四黄散外敷联合针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎下腹疼痛效果分析

Effect analysis of Sihuang Powder combined with acupuncture on lower abdominal pain of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨四黄散外敷联合针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎下腹疼痛的效果。方法选择60例慢性盆腔炎下腹疼痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予四黄散外敷联合针灸治疗,比较两组下腹疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎下腹疼痛采用四黄散外敷联合针灸治疗效果较好,可减轻下腹疼痛程度,缩短疼痛缓解时间,提高患者生活质量,并加快患者康复,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Sihuang Powder combined with acupuncture on lower abdominal pain of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with lower abdominal pain of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Sihuang Powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The degree of lower abdominal pain,pain relief time and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analog scoring(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sihuang Powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can reduce the degree of lower abdominal pain,shorten the time of pain relief,improve the quality of life and accelerate the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
