超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光仪联合疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗剖宫产术后增生性瘢痕效果分析

Effect analysis of superpulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser combined with scar anti-itch softening cream in the treatment of hyperplastic scar after cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术后增生性瘢痕采用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光仪联合疤痕止痒软化乳膏的治疗效果。方法选择100例剖宫产术后增生性瘢痕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。研究组采用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光仪联合疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗,对照组采用疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果、瘢痕、瘙痒改善情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组改良温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月,研究组VSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组瘙痒改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后增生性瘢痕采用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光仪联合疤痕止痒软化乳膏的治疗效果较好,能有效改善剖宫产术后增生性瘢痕程度,减轻患者的疼痛感,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of superpulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser combined with scar anti-itch softening cream on hyperplastic scar after cesarean section.Methods A total of 1o0 patients with hypertrophic scar after cesarean section were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with superpulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser combined with scar anti-itch softening cream,and the control group was treated with scar anti-itch softening cream.The therapeutic effect,scar and itch improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Modified Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the VSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of pruritus in study group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Superpulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser combined with scar antipruritic cream can effectively improve the degree of hypertrophic scar after cesarean section and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
