那曲肝素钙在预防早孕流产中的应用效果及安全性分析

Application effect and safety analysis of Natroheparin calcium in prevention of early pregnancy abortion

目的探讨那曲肝素钙在预防早孕流产中的应用效果及药物安全性。方法选择142例有早孕流产指征的孕妇为研究对象,按照摸球法随机分为两组,每组71例。对照组给予皮下注射普通肝素钠治疗,研究组给予皮下注射那曲肝素钙治疗,比较两组治疗效果、凝血指标、妊娠情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.18%比对照组的87.32%高(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组孕妇凝血指标均较治疗前有所改善,且研究组纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶原时间(PT)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组妊娠成功率98.59%比对照组的88.73%高(P<0.05)。结论那曲肝素钙用于预防早孕流产效果较好,能够改善孕妇的凝血功能,预防早期流产,从而提高妊娠成功率,且药物安全性较高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect and safety of natroheparin calcium in preventing early pregnancy abortion.Methods A total of 142 pregnant women with early pregnancy and abortion indications were randomly divided into two groups according to ball-touching method,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of ordinary heparin sodium,and the study group was treated with subcutaneous injection of natroheparin calcium.The therapeutic effect,coagulation index,pregnancy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.18%higher than that of the control group(87.32%)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the coagulation indexes of pregnant women in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy success rate of the study group was 98.59%higher than that of the control group(88.73%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Natriheparin calcium is effective in preventing early pregnancy abortion,can improve the coagulation function of pregnant women,prevent early abortion,and improve the success rate of pregnancy,and the drug is safe,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
