腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and transabdominal myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选择78例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组39例。试验组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对照组采用经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,比较两组手术指标、并发症及术后复发情况。结果试验组术中出血量少于对照组,术后肛门排气、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤效果较好,可减少术中出血量、缩短术后肛门排气及术后住院时间,有利于术后机体恢复,且并发症发生率及复发率低,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic and transabdominal myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 78 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table,39 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and the control group was treated with transabdominal myomectomy.The surgical indexes,complications and postoperative recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of blood loss in experimental group was less than that in control group,postoperative anal exhaust and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The operation time of experimental group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has a good effect on the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten postoperative anal exhaust and postoperative hospital stay,and is conducive to postoperative body recovery,and the incidence of complications and recurrence is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
