阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎效果分析

Effect analysis of azithromycin combined with Metronidazole vaginal suppository in treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis

目的探讨非淋菌性宫颈炎(NC)采用阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗效果。方法选择62例NC患者为研究对象,根据数字编号信封法分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,比较两组炎性因子指标、治疗效果、生活质量。结果治疗前,两组炎性因子指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎性因子指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论NC采用阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗效果较好,可改善患者炎性因子水平,提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin combined with metronidazole vaginal supposit in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis(NC).Methods A total of 62 NC patients were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to numbered envelope method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the study group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal embolus on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory factor indexes,therapeutic effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 36-item Short-Form(SF-36)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of azithromycin combined with metronidazole vaginal suppositor in NC is good,which can improve the level of inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application,
