霉菌性阴道炎的门诊护理分析

Analysis of out-patient nursing of mycotic vaginitis

目的探讨对霉菌性阴道炎患者加强门诊护理的应用效果。方法选择42例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予加强门诊护理,比较两组的治疗依从性、健康知识掌握程度、自我护理能力。结果观察组治疗依从率、健康知识掌握率均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强门诊护理在霉菌性阴道炎患者中应用效果较好,能够改善患者治疗依从性,提高患者健康知识掌握程度及自我护理能力,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening outpatient nursing for patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 42 patients with mycotic vaginitis were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received enhanced outpatient nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance rate and health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<o.05).After the intervention,the Self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Strengthening outpatient nursing in patients with mycotic vaginitis has good effect,can improve patients'treatment compliance,improve patients'health knowledge and self-care ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
