早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of early nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in puerpera with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖控制及妊娠结局的改善效果。方法选择本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇50例,按照随机抽样方法分组,对照组(n=25)予以常规护理干预,观察组(n=25)予以早期护理干预,比较两组护理前后血糖水平,并观察记录产妇及新生儿并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组产妇空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(6.13±1.02)mmol/L、(7.27±1.14)mmol/L、(5.63±0.88)%,均明显较对照组产妇的(7.42±1.18)mmol/L(9.51±1.40)mmol/L、(6.68±1.15)%低(P<0.05);观察组产妇并发症发生率为8.00%,对照组产妇并发症发生率为32.00%,观察组产妇并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿并发症发生率为12.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病产妇采用早期护理干预效果较好,可有效控制其血糖水平,从而降低产妇与新生儿的并发症风险,达到改善妊娠结局的目标,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the improvement of glycaemic control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 puerpera with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected from our hospital and divided into groups according to random sampling method.The control group(n=25)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=25)received early nursing intervention.The blood glucose level before and after nursing was compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of maternal and neonatal complications was observed and recorded.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in the observation group were(6.13±1.02)mmol/L,(7.27±1.14)mmol/L and(5.63±0.88)%,respectively.Were significantly lower than(7.42±1.18)mmol/L,(9.51±1.40)mmol/L,(6.68±1.15)%in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 8.00%in the observation group and 32.00%in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 12.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 40.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus puerpera can effectively help mothers control their own blood glucose levels,thus reducing the risk of maternal and neonatal complications and achieving the goal of improving pregnancy outcomes,which is worth promoting.
