产后泌乳护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用

Application of puerperal lactation nursing in cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产产妇采用产后泌乳护理的效果。方法选择116例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组给予产后护理,观察组给予产后泌乳护理,比较两组产后恢复情况、泌乳指标。结果观察组产妇产后首次排气时间、产后首次下床时间和产后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后泌乳始动时间短于对照组,产后2d泌乳量得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇采用产后泌乳护理效果较好,可提升产妇的泌乳功能,并加快产妇身体功能恢复,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum lactation nursing for women in cesarean section.Methods A total of 116 cases of cesarean section were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given postpartum nursing,the observation group was given postpartum lactation nursing,and the postpartum recovery and lactation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The first postpartum exhaust time,the first postpartum get-out time and the postpartum hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The start time of postpartum lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of postpartum 2d lactation volume was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Puerperal lactation nursing in cesarean section has good effect,can improve the function of lactation and accelerate the recovery of body function,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
