剖宫产术中应用S拉钩助产的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of S retractor during cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产手术中采用S拉钩进行助产的方式及效果。方法选取200名剖宫产产妇,结合不同助产技术方式分为两组。常规组50名应用传统助产技术,试验组150名应用S拉钩助产。比较两组胎头娩出时间以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果试验组15s内胎头娩出时间占比85.33%明显高于常规组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组胎儿娩出后1min与5min的Apgar评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇在分娩期间均无子宫切口撕裂、头面部损伤情况发生。结论S拉钩助产技术方式相比传统助产技术可以更快娩出胎儿,宫腔操作时间更短,对胎儿的刺激更加轻微,对母婴安全均有一定保障作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the method and effect of S retractor during caesarean section operation,Methods 200 parturients with cesarean section were selected and divided into two groups with different midwifery techniques.In the conventional group,50 participants used traditional midwifery techniques,and in the experimental group,150 participants used S-retractor hooks.Fetal delivery time and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results The ratio of 15 s inner tube head delivery time in experimental group was 85.33%,which was significantly higher than that in conventional group(18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Apgar scores 1 min and 5 min after delivery in experimental group were significantly higher than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no uterine incision tear or head and face injury in both groups during delivery.Conclusion Compared with the traditional midwifery technique,the S-retractor midwifery technique can deliver the fetus faster,the uterine operation time is shorter,and the stimulation to the fetus is less,which has a certain guarantee effect on the safety of mother and child,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
