逍遥散加减联合针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型月经不调患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with abnormal menstruation of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type

目的观察肝郁脾虚型月经不调患者应用逍遥散加减联合针灸治疗的效果。方法选取50例肝郁脾虚型月经不调患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用逍遥散加减联合针灸治疗。对比两组患者不良反应发生情况、治疗效果、生活质量及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组生活质量明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗肝郁脾虚型月经不调患者中,采用逍遥散加减结合针灸治疗,可减少不良反应发生,巩固治疗效果,有利于提高患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with menstrual disorder of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.Methods 50 patients with abnormal menstruation of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture.The occurrence of adverse reactions,treatment effect,quality of life and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with abnormal menstruation caused by liver-qi and spleen-deficiency,the combination of Xiaoyao powder and acupuncture can reduce the adverse reactions,consolidate the therapeutic effect,and help improve the quality of life of patients,which has clinical application value.
