固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮对早期先兆流产患者血清内分泌激素水平及妊娠结局的影响研究

Effect of gushenantai pill combined with dydrogesterone on serum endocrine hormone level and pregnancy outcome in patients with early threatened abortion

目的观察固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选取100例早期先兆流产患者,采用随机列表法将其分成两组,每组50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上,给予地屈孕酮片,研究组在对照组基础上给予固肾安胎丸治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率94.00%高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组腰腹部疼痛缓解时间、止血时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组足月妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮可有效调控早期先兆流产的血清内分泌激素水平,缩短腰腹部疼痛缓解时间和止血时间,提高妊娠结局,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gushenantai pill combined with dydrogesterone on early threatened abortion.Methods 100 patients with early threatened abortion were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random list method.The control group was given dydrogesterone tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group was given Gushenantai pills on the basis of control group.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time and hemostasis time of lumbar and abdominal pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The full-term pregnancy rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushenantai pill combined with dydrogesterone can effectively regulate the level of serum endocrine hormone in early threatened abortion,shorten the time of lumbar and abdominal pain relief and hemostasis,improve pregnancy outcome,and have clinical promotion value.
