头孢曲松钠联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of ceftriaxone sodium combined with metronidazole in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探究头孢曲松钠联合甲硝唑应用在慢性盆腔炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选取62例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,各31例。对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,研究组采用头孢曲松钠联合甲硝唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后阴道分泌物增多、子宫及附件压痛、腰骶部酸痛或下腹坠痛及附件包块症状发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者阴道分泌物增多率32.26%、子宫及附件压痛率45.16%、腰骶部酸痛或下腹坠痛率48.39%、附件包块率25.81%均分别低于对照组的6.45%、9.68%、9.68%、3.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松钠联合甲硝唑有助于提升慢性盆腔炎患者的治疗效果,改善临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with metronidazole in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 62 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random drawing method,with 31 cases each.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and the study group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium combined with metronidazole.The symptoms of increased vaginal discharge,uterine and adnexal tenderness,sacral soreness or lower abdominal pain and adnexal mass were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the increase rate of vaginal secretions in the study group was 32.26%,the tenderness rate of uterus and accessories 45.16%,the sacral soreness or lower abdominal drop pain 48.39%,and the attachment mass rate 25.81%were lower than those in the control group 6.45%,9.68%,9.68%,3.23%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone sodium combined with metronidazole can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients and improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
