间苯三酚与米索前列醇用于妇科术前患者宫颈扩张的效果

Effect of phloroglucinol and misoprostol on cervical dilation in preoperative gynecological patients

目的观察在妇科术前患者宫颈扩张处理中实施间苯三酚与米索前列醇的效果。方法选取120例妇科术前宫颈扩张患者,根据随机数字表法分组,各60例。对照组实施米索前列醇扩张宫颈,观察组实施间苯三酚扩张宫颈。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量少于对照组,宫颈扩张时间短于对照组,宫颈扩张程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组宫颈扩张率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论在妇科术前宫颈扩张患者治疗中,间苯三酚的治疗效果明显优于米索前列醇,可优化患者的手术指标,宫颈扩张程度显著,且具有安全性。

Objective To observe the effect of phloroglucinol and misoprostol in preoperative cervical dilation in gynecological patients.Methods 120 patients with preoperative cervical dilation were selected and divided into 60 cases according to random number table method.The control group received misoprostol for cervical dilation,and the observation group received phloroglucinol for cervical dilation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group,the time of cervical dilation was shorter than that in control group,and the degree of cervical dilation was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The cervical dilation rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cervical dilation before gynecology surgery,phloroglucinol has a significantly better therapeutic effect than misoprostol,which can optimize the surgical indicators of patients,and has a significant degree of cervical dilation and safety.
