对比分析阴式探头经直肠超声与经腹部超声诊断未婚女性多囊卵巢综合征的应用效果

To compare and analyze the effect of transrectal ultrasound with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome in unmarried women

目的探讨阴式探头经直肠超声与经腹部超声诊断未婚女性多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的应用效果。方法选取50例多囊卵巢综合征未婚患者,分别实施阴式探头经直肠超声与经腹部超声检查,对比不同方法检查下患者的卵巢参数(卵泡数目、卵泡直径、卵泡体积)和子宫卵巢的显像结果,对比其PCOS检出率。结果相比经腹部超声,阴式探头经直肠超声诊断患者卵泡数目更多,卵泡直径更小(P<0.05),而卵泡体积对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种检查方法在阴道、宫颈、子宫形态宫壁回声、子宫内膜回声、厚度和卵泡显像对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴式探头经直肠超声检出43例PCOS,检出率为86.00%;经腹部超声检出30例PCOS,检出率为60.00%。阴式探头经直肠超声检出率高于经腹部超声(P<0.05)。结论对比经腹部超声,阴式探头经直肠超声针对未婚女性多囊卵巢综合征患者获取的子宫、卵巢显像更清晰,且检出率更高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of transrectal and transabdominal ultrasound with vaginal probe in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in unmarried women.Methods 50 unmarried patients with PCOS were selected to undergo vaginal probe transrectal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography respectively.The ovarian parameters(number of follicles,diameter of follicles,volume of follicles)and uterine and ovarian imaging results of the patients under different examination methods were compared,and the detection rate of PCoS was compared.Results Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,the number of follicles was more and the diameter of follicles was smaller(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in follicle volume(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two methods in vaginal,cervix,uterine shape echo,endometrial echo,thickness and follicle imaging(P<0.05).43 cases of PCOS were detected by vaginal ultrasonography,the detection rate was 86.00%.30 cases of PcoS were detected by abdominal ultrasonography,the detection rate was 60.00%.The detection rate of transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe can obtain clearer uterine and ovarian images and higher detection rate for unmarried female patients with PCOS,which has clinical applicationvalue.
