联盟组合中组织地位对焦点企业双元创新影响研究——基于联盟治理的调节作用

Research on the impact of the organizational status on the dual innovation of the focus enterprises in the alliance combination:The moderating role based on alliance governance

基于联盟组合视角,构建由社会地位与网络地位、开发式创新与探索式创新、联盟治理组成的研究框架,深入探讨联盟组合中组织地位对焦点企业双元创新的作用机理以及联盟治理的调节作用。以陕西、四川、重庆、广东地区330份企业问卷调查数据为基础,实证研究发现:第一,社会地位、网络地位均与焦点企业开发式创新、探索式创新之间具有正相关关系;第二,联盟治理在社会地位与焦点企业开发式创新之间具有显著正向调节作用,而联盟治理在社会地位与焦点企业探索式创新之间的调节作用却不显著:第三,联盟治理在网络地位与焦点企业开发式创新、探索式创新之间均具有显著正向调节作用。研究结论不仅拓展了企业双元创新的实现路径,而且为企业认识和利用联盟组合的结构特征提供了理论支持。

Based on the perspective of alliance combination,this article constructs a research framework consisting of social status and network status,development innovation and exploratory innovation,and alliance governance.It deeply explores the mechanism of organizational status in alliance combination on dual innovation of focus enterprises,as well as the regulatory role of alliance governance.Based on the survey data of 330 enterprises in Shaanxi,Sichuan,Chongqing,and Guangdong,the empirical research has found that:first,there is a positive correlation between social status,network status,and development innovation and exploratory innovation of focus enterprises;Second,alliance governance has a significant positive moderating effect between social status and exploratory innovation of focus enterprises,while the moderating effect of alliance governance between social status and exploratory innovation of focus enterprises is not significant;Third,alliance governance has a significant positive moderating effect between network status and development innovation and exploratory innovation of focus enterprises.The research conclusion not only expands the implementation path of dual innovation in enterprises,but also provides theoretical support for enterprises to understand and utilize the structural characteristics of alliance combinations.
