帕拉米韦注射治疗与奥司他韦口服治疗儿童流行性感冒的效果比较

Comparison of the Effect of Injection of Pramivir and Oral Oseltamivir in the Treatment of Children with Influenza

目的 探讨帕拉米韦注射治疗与奥司他韦口服治疗儿童流行性感冒的效果,并进行比较。方法 选取流行性感冒儿童140例开展研究,按照随机分组法将其分为观察组(n=70)、对照组(n=70),其中对照组采用奥司他韦口服药物,观察组则采取帕拉米韦注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果,观察两组患儿症状缓解时间,记录两组血常规数值和并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组88.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、发热、鼻塞流涕、头痛症状消失时间相比于对照组较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组内之间的血小板计数、白细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数较用药前明显下降,中性粒细胞总数上升(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP数值水平较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);比较两组并发症发生率,观察组为5.71%,低于对照组17.14%(P<0.05)。结论 与奥司他韦口服药物相比,帕拉米韦注射应用于儿童流行性感冒治疗中效果更佳,能够有效改善其各项临床症状,使得并发症发生率得以下降,有利于促进疾病恢复,疗效安全显著。

Objective To investigate and compare the effect of injection therapy with oseltamivir on influenza in children.Methods 140 cases of influenza childrenwere selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The control group was given oseltamivir orally,while the observation group was treated with pramivirinjection,The blood routine values and complications of the two groups were recorded.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 88.57%of the control group(P<0.05);The disappearance time of cough,fever,nasal congestion and headache in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The platelet count,white blood cell count and lymphocyte count in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the total number of neutrophils increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,IL-6 and TNF were observed-α、The level of CRP decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 17.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with oseltamivir oral drug,the effect of paramivir injection in the treatment of influenza in children is better,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of disease,and have significant curative effect.
