摘要
目的 调查医学生对于虚拟现实(VR)技术应用于临床技能培训的认知与需求状况。方法 采用方便抽样法,选取2023年上半年于安徽医科大学第二附属医院进行临床技能培训的医学生(包括实习生、专硕研究生和学硕研究生)为调查对象,采用自行设计的VR技术应用于医学生临床技能培训的认知与需求问卷对其进行调查。结果 医学生对VR技术应用于临床技能培训的认知和参与度较低,但需求较高。不同性别以及不同类别医学生对VR技术应用于临床技能培训的认知和需求情况存在一定差异。结论 高等医学院校应加强对VR技术的宣传推广和设备普及,应用VR技术与传统教学相结合的临床技能培训模式提高教学水平,促进教育和医疗事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the cognition and demand of medical students on the application of virtual reality technology in clinical skills training.Methods By using the convenient sampling method,medical students(VR)(including interns,professional postgraduates and academic postgraduates)who underwent clinical skills training in the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University in the first half of 2023 were selected as the research objects.The medical students was investigated by self-designed questionnaire on cognition and demand of VR technology applied to clinical skills training.Results Medical students had low awareness and participation in the application of VR technology in clinical skills training,but the demand was high level.There were some differences in the cognition and demand of VR technology applied to clinical skills training among medical students of different genders and different categories.Conclusion Medical colleges and universities should strengthen the promotion of VR technology and the popularization of equipment,and apply the clinical skills training mode of the combination of VR technology and traditional teaching to improve the teaching level and promote the development of education and medical care.
