雷火灸联合盆底康复治疗盆腔脏器脱垂患者的效果研究

Study on the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment on patients with pelvic organ prolapse

目的研究雷火灸联合盆底康复治疗盆腔脏器脱垂患者的效果。方法选取68例盆腔脏器脱垂患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组34例。对照组行盆底康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组盆底脱垂程度、盆底肌力恢复情况及疼痛程度。结果治疗后研究组盆底脱垂程度有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的55.88%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者盆底肌力恢复情况及疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组盆底肌力恢复情况升高,疼痛评分降低,且研究组盆底肌力恢复情况高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合盆底康复应用于盆腔脏器脱垂患者中,可改善脱垂程度及盆底肌力恢复情况,减轻疼痛,临床意义显著。

Objective To treatment effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation on patients with pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 68 patients with pelvic organ prolapse were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment,and the study group combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The degree of pelvic floor prolapse,pelvic floor muscle strength recovery and pain were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the effective rate of pelvic floor prolapse in the study group was 88.24%,which was higher than 55.88%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength recovery and pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength increased and the pain score decreased in both groups,and the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thunder fire moxibustion combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in patients with pelvic organ prolapse can improve the degree of prolapse and pelvic floor muscle strength recovery,reduce pain,and have significant clinical significance.
