摘要
目的了解先兆流产保胎患者负性情绪与医学应对方式的相关性,为开展以患者为中心的精准护理干预提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取广西3所三级甲等医院住院的428例先兆流产保胎患者作为调查对象,对患者负性情绪现状与医学应对方式现状的关系进行分析。结果428例先兆流产患者的焦虑自评量表总评分为(46.25±4.30)分,存在负性情绪患者166例(占39%),医学应对评分(37.36±6.17)分,面对维度评分(15.66±2.56)分,回避维度评分(12.97±3.27)分,屈服维度评分(7.74±2.23)分。先兆流产保胎患者负性情绪与医学应对方式中的面对维度成负相关(P<0.05),与医学应对方式中的屈服、回避维度成正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床医务人员应关注先兆流产保胎患者的负性情绪,鼓励患者积极应对疾病,从而缓解患者不良情绪,促进患者心理健康。
Objective To understand the correlation between negative emotions and medical coping styles in patients with threatened abortion,and to provide a basis for patient-centered precise nursing intervention.Methods 428 patients with threatened abortion who were hospitalized in 3 Grade A hospitals in Guangxi were selected by convenience sampling method to analyze the relationship between the current situation of patients'negative emotions and the current situation of medical coping styles.Results The total score of the self-rating anxiety scale of 428 patients with threatened abortion was(46.25±4.30)points,and 166 patients(39%)had negative emotions,with medical coping score(37.36±6.17)points,facing dimension score(15.66±2.56)points and avoidance dimension score(12.97±3.27)points.The yield dimension score was(7.74±2.23)points.There was a negative correlation between negative emotion and the face dimension of medical coping style(P<o.05),and a positive correlation between negative emotion and the submission and avoidance dimension of medical coping style(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical medical staff should close the threatened abortion to protect the negative emotional problems of patients,encourage patients to actively cope with the disease,so as to relieve the patients'bad mood,promote the mental health of patients.
