加热设备联合肩颈改良垫在妇科腹腔镜手术中的护理效果研究

Nursing effect of heating equipment combined with modified shoulder and neck pad in gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的研究在妇科腹腔镜手术中加热设备联合肩颈改良垫的护理效果。方法选取80例行腹腔镜手术的妇科患者,根据干预方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组使用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上使用加热设备联合肩颈改良垫。比较两组患者的指标变化情况。结果观察组的肩颈部皮肤压痕发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。在术中、术后复苏期间观察组患者的体温均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术中,加热设备联合肩颈改良垫可以缓解患者疼痛,减少肩颈部皮肤红斑和皮肤压痕的发生率,有利于手术舒适度。

Objective To study the nursing effect of heating equipment combined with modified shoulder and neck pad in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given heating equipment combined with improved shoulder and neck pads.The index changes of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of shoulder and neck skin indentation in observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%in control group(P<0.05).The body temperature of observation group was higher than that of control group during operation and postoperative resuscitation(P<0.05).The recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In gynecological laparoscopic surgery,heating equipment combined with modified shoulder and neck pads can relieve patients'pain,reduce the incidence of skin erythema and skin indentation on the shoulder and neck,and contribute to surgical comfort.
