综合护理干预在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

目的探究综合护理干预在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中的应用效果。方法选取40例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者,按照等比例随机分成两组,每组20例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行综合护理干预。对比两组患者不良妊娠结局情况及生活质量。结果观察组不良妊娠结局发生率10.00%明显低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组的健康状态、精神状态、生理功能评分均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预模式应用于妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者护理中,具有良好的护理干预价值,可有效降低不良妊娠结局,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods 40 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups according to equal proportion,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Adverse pregnancy outcomes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group 10.00%was significantly lower than that in control group 40.00%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the health status,mental status and physiological function scores of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention mode in the nursing of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy has good nursing intervention value,can effectively reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application,
