公园城市综合管廊专项规划提升路径探究--以天府新区成都直管区综合管廊专项规划为例

PATHTO IMPROVING THE PLANNING FOR UTILITY TUNNEL IN PARK CITY:ACASE STUDY ON THE PLANNING FOR UTILITY TUNNEL IN TIANFU NEW AREA DIRECTLY UNDER THE CHENGDU MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT

综合管廊是保障城市生产生活有序运行的重要“生命线”的空间载体。当前,在成都建设践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区的背景之下,新的发展理念从转变生产方式、提升城市韧性、促进土地集约化利用和完善智慧治理等方面为综合管廊规划设计工作提供了方向。本研究在此基础上剖析了公园城市综合管廊的理论内涵,提出了公园城市语境下城市地下综合管廊规划路径及建议,并以天府新区成都直管区综合管廊专项规划为例,对构建的公园城市综合管廊专项规划策略进行了实证分析。

Utility tunnel is a spatial carrier of important"lifelines"that guarantee the orderly operation of production and life in a city.In the context of building a park city demonstration area in Chengdu that practices the new development concept,the new development concept provides directions for the planning and design of utility tunnel in terms of changing production modes,enhancing urban resilience,promoting intensive land use,and improving intelligent governance.Based on this,this paper analyzes the theoretical implications of utility tunnel in a park city and proposes the planning pathway and suggestions for utility tunnels in the context of building a park city.It conducts an empirical study on the planning for utility tunnel in Tianfu New Area directly under Chengdu Municipal Government,and analyzes the planning strategy for utilitytunnel in a park city.
