杨梅花粉离体萌发研究初探

摘要 [目的]了解杨梅的花粉生活力。[方法]采用离体培养发芽法对杨梅3个类型花粉的萌发特性进行了试验。[结果 ]适宜杨梅花粉萌发的培养基配比为10%蔗糖+0.01%硼砂+1%琼脂;培养温度30℃较25℃更适合杨梅花粉的萌发。[结论]经方差分析,在3个类型的杨梅花粉中,雄1的花粉生活力最强,是较好的授粉类型。 [Objective]The aim was to understand the pollen viability of bayberry.[Method]The pollen germination characteristics of three types of Morella rubra pollen were tested by in vitro culture germination method.[Result]The suitable medium for the germination of M.rubra pollen was 10%sucrose+0.01%borax+1%agar.The culture temperature of 30℃was more suitable for the germination of M.rubra pollen than 25℃.[Conclusion]According to the analysis of variance,among the three types of M.rubra pollen,male 1 had the strongest pollen viability and was a better pollination type.
