摘要
[目的]探究不同微量元素肥料对马铃薯生长与产量的影响。[方法]以马铃薯品种‘大西洋’为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,配制5种微量元素液体肥料,以清水作为对照。在马铃薯现蕾后进行叶面喷施,于6月9日、6月13日、6月23日喷施3次。在6月10日、6月17日、6月24日测量叶绿素含量和光合指标;在马铃薯收获前测量株高、茎粗、产量。[结果]A2(配方中微量元素种类最多)处理下的马铃薯在6月10日、6月17日、6月24日的叶绿素含量和光合速率最高,而且A2处理的马铃薯的株高、茎粗、产量也是处理中最大的。[结论]微量元素能促进马铃薯的生长,且微量元素的种类越丰富,对马铃薯生长的促进作用越好。
[Objective]In order to explore the effects of different trace element fertilizers on potato growth and yield.[Method]Using the potato variety‘Atlantic'as the test material,five kinds of microelement liquid fertilizer were prepared by random block design,and clean water was used as the control.After the potato buds appeared,foliar spraying was carried out three times on June 9,June 13 and June 23.Chlorophyll content and light and indexes were measured on June 10,June 17,June 24;Plant height,stem thickness and yield are measured before the potato harvest.[Result]The results showed that the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of potatoes treated with A2(the largest number of trace elements in the formula)were the largest in the treatment on June 10,June 17 and June 24,and A2 The treated potatoes had the largest plant height and thick stems and yields of the treated potatoes.[Conclusion]Trace elements can promote the growth of potatoes,and the richer the types of trace elements,the better the promotion of potato growth.
