BIM技术在桃源水厂工程中的应用

摘要 桃源水厂工程的设计规模为50×10⁴m³·d-1,该工程具有单项工程多、隐蔽管线多、设备种类多、工艺管线复杂等特点。通过该工程实际案例,对水厂工程的建模方法和BIM技术应用效果进行了研究,提出了协同建立建筑、结构和工艺的专业BIM模型并整合方法,实现了图纸的三维可视化、构件碰撞检测、工艺深化设计、水厂设备信息集成等应用,解决了参建方信息传递效率低以及设计图纸“错漏碰缺”造成返工的问题,最终达到了减少工程现场签证、优化设计图纸、节约投资的效果,提高了沟通效率和工程管理水平。 The design scale of Taoyuan Water Treatment Plant project is 50×10⁴m³·d-1.The project is characterized by multiple single projects,many concealed pipelines,multiple equipment types and complex process pipelines.Based on the practical case of this project,the modeling method and the application effect of BIM technology of water plant engineering are studied.And then,the method of collaborative building and integration of professional BIM models of architecture,structure and process is proposed,which realizes the application of 3D visualization of drawings,components collision detection,deepening design of technological process,information integration of manufacturing facilities of the water treatment plant,etc.It solves the problem of rework caused by inefficient information transmission of the participating party and the"errors,omissions,collisions and defects"of design drawings.Finally,it achieves the effect of reducing project site visa,optimizing design drawings,saving investment,and improving communication efficiency and project management level.
