The development of science and technology has promoted the development of intelligence,and intelligent engineering has become the trend of modern society.Cost management is an important link in project construction.With the development of smart engineering,the traditional cost management can no longer meet the development needs of the engineering industry,and the application of advanced BIM technology is imperative.This paper starts with the overview of smart project cost and BIM technology,analyzes the advantages of BIM technology application in smart project cost management,and puts forward the application strategy to provide reference for improving the level of smart project cost management.
