摘要
随着我国城市化建设步伐加快,住宅建设数量增加,建设规模逐步扩大。当下,预制装配式住宅凭借施工周期短、绿色、节能等诸多优势,成为我国住宅建设的重要发展方向。完善的设计方案可为后续预制装配式住宅建设指明方向,可提高建设环节的有序性。文章结合预制装配式住宅设计实践,分析了BIM在构建预制构件设计库、协同设计、优化住宅设计方案、施工现场监管、建筑成本管控等环节中的应用,以期全面赋能预制装配式住宅设计工作。
With the acceleration of urbanization construction in China,the number of residential construction has increased and the construction scale has gradually expanded.At present,prefabricated houses have become an important development direction of housing construction in China with many advantages such as short construction period,green,energy-saving,etc.The perfect design scheme can point out the direction for the subsequent prefabricated residential construction and improve the order of the construction process.Based on the design practice of prefabricated residential buildings,this paper analyzes the application of BIM in the construction of prefabricated component design library,collaborative design,optimization of residential design scheme,construction site supervision,construction cost control and other links,with a view to fully enabling the design of prefabricated residential buildings.
