城市桥梁智能施工与施工过程监控的创新技术探索

摘要 城市桥梁工程施工受场地条件、周边环境的影响较大,应该根据实际施工需求,不断丰富施工方法,创新施工工艺,运用先进机械设备,提高施工自动化、智能化水平。文章研究了城市桥梁智能施工与施工过程监控的创新技术探索,首先分析了智能张拉技术、智能压浆技术、智能养护技术、智能检测技术、智能定位技术的应用要点,然后从维护整体施工目标的角度出发,强调了智能技术在施工质量、进度、安全、成本管理方面的应用,打破了传统施工过程监督控制模式,有利于加快桥梁工程行业的改革创新步伐。 The construction of urban bridge engineering is greatly affected by site conditions and surrounding environment.It is necessary to continuously enrich construction methods,innovate construction processes,use advanced mechanical equipment,and improve the level of construction automation and intelligence based on actual construction needs.The paper explores innovative technologies for intelligent construction and construction process monitoring of urban bridges.Firstly,it analyzes the application key points of intelligent tensioning technology,intelligent grouting technology,intelligent maintenance technology,intelligent detection technology,and intelligent positioning technology.Then,from the perspective of maintaining the overall construction objectives,it emphasizes the application of intelligent technology in construction quality,progress,safety,and cost management.It breaks the traditional construction process supervision and control mode,which is conducive to accelerating the reform and innovation of the bridge engineering industry.
