在我国产业数字化和数字产业化进程中,电子商务的发展将向数字商务全面转型。为进一步研究数字商务领域标准,本文建立并详细阐述了该领域亟需制定标准实证研究方法——标准预判研究分析,并以数据资产标准预判研究进行实例展示,为从标准制修订源头切实提高推荐性标准的适用性作出新贡献。

In the course of industrial digitization and digital industrialization,the development of e-commerce will be transformed into digital commerce in an all-round way.In order to further study the standards in the digital commerce field,this article builds and elaborates the empirical analysis method for standards urgently needed to be developed in the digital commerce field,namely standards prediction research and analysis,takes standards prediction research on data assets as an example,and makes new contributions to practically improving the applicability of voluntary standards from the source of developing and revising standards.
