标准化护理流程在预防ICU患者器械相关压力性损伤中的应用价值

Application Value of Standardized Nursing Procedures in the Prevention of Device-related Stress Injuries in ICU Patients

目的:探讨标准化护理流程对预防ICU患者器械相关压力性损伤发生的意义。方法:选取舟曲县人民医院2022年4月至2023年4月纳入ICU的90例患者,应用随机数字表法分组,每组45例。参照组采用常规护理,实验组采用标准化护理流程,评价两组护理效果。结果:干预后,与参照组相比,实验组器械相关压力性损伤发生率更低,护理质量评分与患者舒适度评分更高,P<0.05。结论:标准化护理流程的应用可降低ICU患者发生器械相关压力性损伤的风险,并且还可提高患者舒适度,有利于提高整体护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the significance of standardized nursing procedures in the prevention of devicerelated stress injuries in ICU patients.Methods:90 patients admitted to ICU in Zhouqu County People’s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The reference group adopted routine nursing,and the experimental group adopted standardized nursing procedures.The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After intervention,compared with the reference group,the experimental group had lower incidence of device-related stress injury,and higher score of nursing quality and patient comfort(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing procedures can reduce the risk of instrumentrelated stress injury in ICU patients,improve patient comfort,and improve the overall quality of nursing,which is worthy of popularization and application.
