脑梗死老年患者标准化心理护理的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Standardized Psychological Nursing for Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究对脑梗死老年患者实施标准化心理护理的效果。方法:于蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院2021年1月至2023年5月收治的脑梗死老年患者中随机抽取50例,以随机数表法分为对照组(25例,常规护理)和观察组(25例,标准化心理护理),对比两组实施效果。结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)(46.30±4.35)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)(45.32±5.16)分,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组巴塞尔指数(62.75±4.86)分,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从率(100.00%)高于对照组(68.00%)(P<0.05);观察组满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑梗死老年患者采取标准化心理护理更有利于改善不良情绪,提高其依从行为,提高其神经功能和生活能力,提高患者满意度,具有显著优势,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized psychological nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:50 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(25 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(25 cases,standardized psychological nursing)by random number table method.Results:The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)(46.30±4.35)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)(45.32±5.16)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Basle index of the observation group(62.75±4.86)score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(68.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with cerebral infarction,standardized psychological nursing is more conducive to improving adverse emotions,improving compliance behavior,improving neurological function and life ability,and improving patient satisfaction,which has significant advantages and is worth popularizing.
