Research progress of silk fibroin as barrier membrane material in oral tissue regeneration

丝素蛋白具有良好的生物相容性、可调控的降解率、合适的机械强度与可载药的特性,已逐渐成为口腔组织再生的新兴屏障材料。该文通过分析、总结丝素蛋白作为屏障材料在口腔组织再生研究的相关文献,并对其目前应用的局限性和未来的发展趋势进行了讨论,旨在为该领域的进一步深入研究提供一定的参考依据。

With its good biocompatibility,adjustable degradation,appropriate mechanical strength and drug⁃loaded properties,silk fibroin has gradually been used as an emerging barrier material in oral tissue regeneration.In this paper,we summarize the relevant lit⁃erature of silk fibroin as a barrier material in oral tissue regeneration,and discuss the limitations and future development trends of silk fibroin material,in order to provide reference for further research on silk fibroin in oral tissue regeneration.
