不同掺量聚氨酯改性沥青流变性能研究

摘要 文中对不同聚氨酯掺量下聚氨酯改性沥青流变性能的演变规律进行研究。结果表明,所有类型沥青均随着应力的增加呈现先平稳后快速降低的趋势,稳定阶段5%聚氨酯改性沥青模量约为基质沥青模量的4倍;所有类型的沥青动态模量与温度呈现近似线性负相关关系,5%聚氨酯改性沥青模量随温度变化率约是基质沥青的3.7倍;模量与频率呈正相关关系,在高频条件末端模量基本趋于稳定;与基质沥青相比,聚氨酯改性沥青的动态模量均较高且与聚氨酯外掺剂掺量呈现正相关关系;相位角与频率呈现负相关关系。 In this paper,the evolution of rheological properties of polyurethane-modified asphalt under different polyurethane content was studied.The results show that the modulus of 5%polyurethane modified asphalt at the stable stage is about 4 times of that o mf atrix asphalt.The dynamic moduli of all types of bitumen showed an approximaet linear negative correlation with temperature,and the changera te of moduli of 5%polyurethane modified bitumen with temperature was about 3.7 times that of matrix bitumen.The modulus is positively correlated with frequency,and tends to be stable at the end of high frequency condition.Compared with the base asphalt,the dynamic modulus of polyurethane modified asphalt is higher and positively correlated with the amount of polyurethane additive.The phase Angle is negatively correlated with the frequency.
