温度及湿度耦合作用对石膏板物理性能的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 文中开展不同温度及湿度对石膏板断裂荷载、抗冲击深度及撕裂荷载的影响研究。结果表明,每增加1%的相对湿度,横向断裂荷载降低0.6 N,纵向断裂荷载降低1.0 N,抗冲击深度增加0.007 mm,面纸撕离荷载降低0.14 N,背纸撕离荷载降低0.21 N。石膏板的横向断裂荷载、纵向断裂荷载、面纸撕离荷载和背纸撕离荷载与温度的相关性不显著,石膏板的抗冲击深度与温度呈现显著的负相关关系,温度每增加1℃,抗冲击深度降低0.002 mm。对相对湿度及温度变化最敏感的石膏物理性能依次为纵向断裂荷载、横向断裂荷载、背纸撕离荷载、面纸撕离荷载以及抗冲击性,但是抗冲击性与相对湿度及温度的相关性最显著。 In this paper,the effects of different temperature and humidtiy on fracture load,impact depth and tear load of gypsum board were studied.The results show that for each 1%increase in relative humidity,the transverse fracture load decreases by 0.6 N,the longitudinal fracture load decreases by 1.0 N,the impact depth increases by 0.007 mm,the tear load of the face paper decreases by 0.14 N a,nd the tear load of the back paper decreases by 0.21 N.There is no signicfiant correlation between the transverse fracture load,longitudinal fracture load,face paper tearing load and back paper tearing load of gypsum obard and temperature,but the impact depth of gypsum board haas significant negative correlation with temperature.Every 1℃increase in temperature,the impact depth decreases by 0.002 mm.The physica pl roperties of gypsum paper that are most sensitive to relative humidity and temperature change are longitudinal fracture load,transverse fracture load,back paper tearing load,face paper tearing load and impact reisstance,but impact resistance has the most significant correlation with relative humidity and temperature.
