流纹质晶屑凝灰岩碱活性试验研究

摘要 文中以岩相分析法和快速砂浆棒法为基础,对流纹质晶屑凝灰岩进行了碱活性试验,同时分析掺入聚羧酸高性能减水剂、粉煤灰和矿渣粉对流纹质晶屑凝灰岩碱活性的抑制效果。结果表明,流纹质晶屑凝灰岩骨料因含有微晶石英而具有潜在碱-硅酸盐活性危害,通过掺入矿物掺合料和聚羧酸高性能减水剂,砂浆试件的膨胀率得以降低,能起到较好的抑制效果。 This article conducted alkaline activity tests on convective crystalline tuff,and analyzed the inhibitory effect of adding highperformance polycarboxylate water reducing agents,fly ash,and slag powder on the alkaline activity of convective crystalline tuff.The experimental results show that the rhyolitic crystalline tuff aggregate has potential alkali silicate activity hazards due to the presence of microcrystalline quartz.By adding mineral admixtures and chemical water reducing agents,the expansion rate of mortar specimens can be reduced,which can have a good inhibitory effect.
