摘要
将钼矿开采与分选后排放的钼尾矿砂固体废弃物进行筛分,使其完全替代石英砂和矿粉作为砂骨料和细粉填料来制备环氧树脂砂浆。试验结果表明:以钼尾矿骨料替代石英砂后,钼尾矿填料的掺加提升了砂浆的流动性与力学性能;掺量为20%钼尾矿粉的环氧砂浆流动度为142 mm,1 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别为67、26 MPa;掺量为40%时环氧树脂砂浆与旧水泥砂浆的粘结性能最好。采用钼尾矿砂作为骨料和填料不仅能满足环氧砂浆作为修复材料的基本性能要求,还能提高钼尾矿固废的综合利用率。
The solid waste of molybdenum tailings discharged after molybdenum mining and separation was screened,and it was used to completely replace quartz sand and mineral powder as sand aggregate and fine powder filler to prepare epoxy mortar.The test ersults show that after replacing quartz sand with molybdenum tailings aggregate,the fluidity and mechanical properties of mortar are imporved by adding molybdenum tailings filler The fluidity of epoxy mortar with 20%molybdenum tailings sand powder is 142 mm,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of epoxy mortar can reach 67、26 MPa;respectively in 1 day.When the content is 40%,the bonding performance between epoxy resin mortar and old cement mortar is the highes.t Using molybdenum tailings as aggregate and filler can not onyl meet the basic performance requirements of epoxy mortar as repair materail,but also improve the comprehensive utilization rate of molbydenum tailings solid waste.
