摘要
钢结构桥梁在桥梁工程中得到广泛应用,其具有强度高、自重轻、变形能力好等结构特征,在稳定性、安全性等方面更具优势,其中,焊缝连接是钢结构的主要连接方式。文中以某跨高速公路钢结构桥梁项目为例,分析其焊缝缺陷超声检测效果,阐述检测设备与现场检测方法,探究基于模糊综合评价的超声检测评判方法,以期为类似项目提供有效参考。
Steel structure bridges are widely used in bridge engineering,with structural characteristics such as high strength,light self weight,and good deformation ability.They have advantages in stability,safety,and other aspects.Among them,weld joint connection is the main connection method for steel structures.Taking a steel structure bridge project spanning a highway as an example,this article analyzes the ultrasonic testing project for weld defects,elaborates oni ts testing equipment and on-site testing methods,Exploring utlrasonic testing evaluation methods based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,in order to provide effective references for similar projects.
