摘要
文中以某高层住宅小区项目为例,结合项目前期勘测工程地质条件、现场实际试桩试验数据,估算了单桩极限承载力,对比了不同桩基选型方案,科学地分析了UHC超高强混凝土管桩和PHC高强混凝土管桩在特殊地质下的安全性、经济性和适用性。
Taking a high-rise residential community project as an example in this paper,the ultimate bearing capacity of a single pilew as estimated based on the engineering and hydrogeological conditions obtained from the preliminary survey of the project,combined with actual pile testing data on site.Different pile foundation selection schemes were compared,and the safety,economy,and applicability of UHC ultra-high strength concrete pipe piles and PHC high strength concrete pipe piles under special geological conditions were reasonably and scientifically analyzed.
