文中梳理了福州滨海新城壶井特色风貌区的历史文化价值特色、载体及发展面临的问题,提出在新城建设背景下,通过系统规划传导、划“底线”、提活力、联区域等措施,构建具有榕城特色、有故事、有温度、有记忆的滨海新城,以期为其他新城建设提供参考。

In this article,the historical and cultural values,carriers,and development problems of the Hujing characteristic style area in Fuzhou Binhai New City are summarized.It is proposed that,under the background of new city construction,through systematicp lanning and transmission,"bottom line"is drawn,vitality is enhanced,and regional connectivity measures are taken to build a Binha iNew City with Rongcheng characteristics,stories,temperature,and memory,in order to provide reference for other new city construction.
