摘要
文中以某高层建筑工程为例,对该高层建筑工程单桩竖向抗压静载试验与建筑物主体沉降观测结果进行对比分析。结果显示,静载沉降量平均值为13.19 mm,至主体施工结束,主体沉降量平均值为14.35 mm,两者差值为1.16 mm,误差率为8.4%,可知两者之间存在较高的一致性。
Foundation settlement and building settlement involve the stability and safety of buildings.Taking a high-rise building proejct as an example,this article compares and analyzes the results of hte single pile vertical compressive static load test and the mian body settlement observation in a high-rise building project.The test results show,the average static load settlement is 13.19 mm,by the endo f the main construction,the average settlement of the main body is 14.35 mm,The difference between the two is 1.16 mm,error rate is 8.4%,It is known that there is a high degree of consistency between the two.
