电动汽车真空泵结构与性能分析

摘要 当前,电动汽车所使用的真空泵主要有叶片式电动真空泵和膜片式电动真空泵,对这两种电动汽车真空泵的结构与工作原理进行了介绍。同时对叶片式电动真空泵和膜片式电动真空泵的性能进行分析,得到真空度恢复曲线、制动踏板力、制动踏板行程,以及连续制动下的制动踏板力和真空度。通过性能分析,为电动汽车真空泵的选型提供参考。 At present,the vacuum pump used in electric vehicle mainly includes vane electric vacuum pump and diaphragm electric vacuum pump,and the structures and working principles of these two types of electric vehicle vacuum pumps were introduced.At the same time,the performance of vane electric vacum pump and diaphragm electric vacuum pump was analyzed,and the vacuum recovery curve,brake pedal force,brake pedal stroke were obtained,as well as the brake pedal force and vacuum degree under continuous braking.Through performance analysis,the reference for the selection of vacuum pump for electric vehicle was provided.
