增加结构阻尼块对汽车关门声品质提升的分析

摘要 年款及小改款车型受限于成本、质量及其它性能,车身及车门结构无法大范围更改,提升关门声品质方案具有局限性。对此,通过计算机辅助工程分析,提出在适当位置增加结构阻尼块,可以显著提升窗框刚度与模态,改善关门振颤,进而提升关门声品质。通过噪声、振动、声振粗糙度试验,验证增加结构阻尼块方案的有效性。 Due to the limitations of cost,quality and other performance of the year model and new model,the body and door structure cannot be changed on a large scale,and the solution to improve the quality of door closing sound is limited.In this regard,through computer-aided engineering analysis,it was proposed that adding structural damping block at appropriate position can significantly improve the stiffness and mode of the window frame,improve the quality of door closing tremor,and then improve the quality of door closing sound.Through noise,vibration and harshness test,the effectiveness of the scheme of adding structural damping block was verified.
