数字孪生控制系统在煤矿掘进机的应用

摘要 煤矿掘进条件一般都比较恶劣,尤其是全断面掘进系统操作更为复杂,对于操作人员的要求更高。把数字孪生技术应用于煤矿全断面掘进系统,使操作人员能够轻易上手,并且能够直观地了解设备的状态。应用结果表明,模拟仿真集成控制系统可提升掘进机操作人员的操作精度,并能有效提其控制掘进机时的感官体验,使其能够在远程或者本地实时监控及接收到设备姿态。掘进机模拟仿真集成控制系统是煤矿快速掘进在智能化领域发展的一次重大突破。 The general working conditions of coal mine excavation are relatively harsh,especially the operation of the full face excavation system is more complex,and the requirements for operators are higher.Applied digital twin technology to the coal mine full face excavation system,so that operators can easily get started and intuitively understand the status of equipment.The application results indicate that the simulation integrated control system can improve the operational accuracy of roadheader operators,effectively improve their sensory experience when controlling the roadheader,and enable operators to remotely or locally monitor and receive equipment posture in real-time.The integrated control system for simulation and simulation of tunneling machines is a major breakthrough in the development of intelligent technology for rapid excavation in coal mine.
