摘要
棉花是关系国计民生的重要战略资源。棉花的回潮率是表示棉花吸湿程度的指标。棉花回潮率检测和预测方法的研究,对实际的棉花生产、检测和贸易产生着极大的作用。党的二十大报告指出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,棉花回潮率检测的精准性有利于推动我国棉花产业高质量发展。本文分析对比了微波式、红外线式、电容式与电阻式等8种棉花回潮率测量方法的原理和特点,得到了上述方法间的差异性及适用情况。与此同时,鉴于回潮率预测新技术的出现,及其预测的精准性和便捷性,分析了基于BP神经网络对棉花回潮率预测方法的特点,认为未来棉花回潮率的检测及预测可面向实时动态性、样本针对性和结果精准化等方向发展,以更高阶实现棉花的高质量加工和质量控制。
Cotton is an important strategic resource related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The moisture recovery rate of cotton is an indicator of the moisture absorption degree of cotton.The research on the detection and prediction method of cotton moisture return rate plays an important role in cotton production,detection and trade.In this summary,the principles and characteristics of eight kinds of cotton moisture return measurement methods,such as microwave,infrared,capacitive and resistance,are analyzed and compared,and the differences and application of these methods are obtained.At the same time,in view of the emergence of the new technology of prediction of moisture return rate and its accuracy and convenience,the characteristics of the prediction method of cotton moisture return rate based on BP neural network are analyzed.It is believed that the detection and prediction of cotton moisture return rate in the future can be oriented towards the direction of real-time dynamics,targeted refinement of samples and precision of the results after targeted refinement of the detection and prediction environment.To realize the high quality processing and quality control of cotton with higher order.
