摘要
我国是结核病高负担国家,虽然有免费药物治疗、贫困患者交通费补助等政策保障,但在实际诊疗过程中仍存在诸多困境与难点。数字技术在医疗领域为实现信息共享、资源优化配置及服务提供的智能化转变提供了新思路。本研究根据“就诊、诊断、治疗与监测管理”的系统脉络,发现数字技术赋能结核病诊疗的过程中仍存在数据孤岛、智能医疗伦理失范、技术条件尚不成熟、应用场景仍需创新等问题。采用人工智能、云服务、区块链等数字技术作用于结核病“防诊治管”的各个靶点,提出通过规范化政策与培训解决结核病数据利用、数据隐私保护等问题,充分利用结核病诊疗全过程数据,增强关键技术创新能力,提升诊疗技术和方法准确性,达到全面、系统提升结核病防治效能的目的,助力实现“终结结核病”目标。
China is a country with a high burden of tuberculosis(TB).Although TB patients are provided with free treatment and poor patients are even offered transportation subsidy and other poliey support,there are still many challenges in the actual TB diagnosis and treatment process.Digital technologies,when applied in the medical field,offer new approaches to itelligent trans-formation in sharing information,optimizing resource allocation,as well as prov iding services.By adopting the systematic framework of"clinical consultation,diagnosis,treatment,and post-treatment monitoring",this study identifies the problems in the process of digital technologies enabling TB diagnosis and treatment such as data sils,ethical misconducts in itelligent health care,immature technical conditions,and lack of innovation in application scenarios.It also discusses every target of the systematic framework that can be impacted by artificial itelligence,cloud serving,blockchain,and other digital technologies.Standardized policies and training are proposed to solve problems in TB data use and data privacy protection,take full advantage of the whole process of TB diagnosis and treatment,boost capacities for innovating key technologies,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment tech-nologies and methods.Ultimately,it is aimed at comprehensively and systematically improving the ffectiveness of TB prevention and treatment and helping realize the goal of"ending TB".
