摘要
消防员隔热服是消防队员在靠近火焰或强辐射区域进行灭火作业时穿着的保护自身安全的防护服装。其隔热性能决定了隔热服的质量,甚至直接关系到一线救援消防员的生命。文章通过研究隔热服面料、各层之间的组合形式,展开大量的组合试验,梳理试验结果并汇总分析,试图找到当下隔热服隔热性能的最佳组合模式,数据分析结果可为隔热服的设计和生产提供参考,从而有效地提升隔热服的隔热性能。
Firefighter’s thermal insulation clothing is the protective clothing worn by firefighters to protect their own safety when they carry out fire-fighting operations near the flame or strong radiation area.Its thermal insulation performance determines the quality of thermal insulation clothing,and even directly related to the lives of front-line firefighters.Through the research on the combination form of thermal insulation clothing fabrics and layers,a large number of combination tests,combing the test results and summarizing and analyzing,this paper aims to find the best combination model of thermal insulation performance of thermal insulation clothing.The data analysis results can provide reference for the design and production of thermal insulation clothing,so as to effectively improve the thermal insulation performance of thermal insulation clothing.
